Returns concerning fit
We want to make sure that you are happy with your product. However, there can be some slight variations in sizing once the garment has been printed on. Decorating a jersey involves a lot of heat, so keep that in mind when you are choosing a size. Returns and Exchanges
We accept all individual orders 30 days after the order was placed. The item must be returned in original condition as it was purchased. Items that are not in original condition will not be eligible for returns.
If there is an issue with a team order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your gear. The items cannot be used before contacting us about an issue. If they are used, refunds will not be approved.
If you wish to exchange a product for individual or team orders Oak Creek will authorize it if it is a defect or mistake on our part. In some special cases we will authorize exchanges if sizing does not match the sizing on the website. All exchanges are authorized on a case-by-case basis, email store[at]oakcreekultimate.com for further questions
In most cases Oak Creek is not responsible for covering shipping costs on returned and exchanged items. If returns exceed $75 we recommend purchasing insurance. We can not guarantee that you will receive returned items.
